We are pleased to inform you that our colleagues Volker Brüggemann, Yannick Dietz, Marcel Clamor and Stefan Möller have successfully completed the HACCP training for the storage, handling and transport of packaged food.
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points – principles for the correct handling of food during transport, storage and handling.
The aim of the HACCP concept is to ensure food safety by ensuring that all employees strictly adhere to the established hygiene standards. According to the Hygiene Act, all persons who come into contact with food during production, processing, consumption and transport must therefore be trained at least once a year.
In the hygiene training that was carried out, our employees were given comprehensive information about possible dangers and risks. In addition, they were enabled to install or further improve the elements of the HACCP concept in our company. Thanks to this training, our colleagues are now able to comply with the highest standards of food safety and hygiene and thus make an important contribution to the quality assurance of our services.
We are proud of the successful participation of our employees and see this as an important step towards further optimizing our internal processes and ensuring the highest standards in food hygiene. The continuous training and awareness-raising of our employees is a central part of our corporate philosophy and contributes significantly to the satisfaction of our customers.
We are happy to provide you with further information.
