Fleet Expansion: 10 new DAF XG 480 enhance our fleet
Brüggemann continues to focus on growth and innovation. With the acquisition of ten new tractor units of the type DAF XG 480, we are expanding our fleet, optimizing our transport capacities, and offering our customers even more efficient logistics solutions. These new vehicles set new standards in terms of aerodynamics, fuel efficiency, and driver comfort.
Technical innovations for maximum efficiency
The DAF XG 480 was specifically designed to meet the latest EU regulations on weight and dimensions and sets new industry benchmarks. It offers the driver more space and comfort, featuring a cab length of 2,690 mm and a cab volume of 11.85 m³. With an interior height ranging from 2,025 to 2,075 mm, pleasant freedom of movement inside the cab is ensured.
The innovative LED skylights are particularly noteworthy, as they not only provide additional natural light but also enhance the aerodynamic shape of the vehicle. The streamlined cab design, with an elegant windshield and seamless body parts, optimizes the truck’s excellent aerodynamics.

Safety and design perfectly combined
To ensure direct and cooler airflow to the engine and thus improve fuel efficiency, the air intake duct has been ideally positioned. The vehicle boasts a striking appearance thanks to its distinctive radiator grille, adorned with premium chrome and a high-quality emblem bar.
The unique LED headlights with integrated cornering lights and full LED technology represent another safety feature, ensuring optimal visibility. A three-piece steel bumper completes the design, offering stability and helping to keep repair costs low in the event of damage.
