Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the field of freight forwarding or logistics
- Career changers with relevant qualifications are also very welcome
- Independent, systematic, and flexible way of working
- Good communication skills and a structured working style
- Customer-oriented and a strong team player
- Fluent Polish skills as well as German or English; additional languages are an advantage
Your Tasks
- General administrative tasks
- Supporting the dispatching department in daily operations
- Handling internal correspondence and responding to inquiries from Polish colleagues via phone and email
- Monitoring and overseeing daily tour operations
