Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training, preferably in the field of freight forwarding or logistics
  • Career changers with relevant qualifications are also very welcome
  • Independent, systematic, and flexible way of working
  • Good communication skills and a structured working style
  • Customer-oriented and a strong team player
  • Fluent Polish skills as well as German or English; additional languages are an advantage

Your Tasks

  • General administrative tasks
  • Supporting the dispatching department in daily operations
  • Handling internal correspondence and responding to inquiries from Polish colleagues via phone and email
  • Monitoring and overseeing daily tour operations
